摘要
为全面准确把握我国加工辣椒产业发展趋势,规避发展中面临的风险,通过系统持续的实地调研与数据检索,分析加工辣椒产业发展形势与面临的新趋势。结果表明:我国加工辣椒产业西迁已成定局且速度逐步加快,主要发生在北纬38°线以北并胡焕庸线以西。辣椒产业西迁是提升国际竞争力的过程,是产业竞争力发展的需要,与科技创新互动的同时带来产业的转型升级。在这一过程中面临着品种选择、自然灾害、市场适应性和供应链整合等风险。地方政府应加强统筹规划,规避大起大落风险;建立区域合作机制,加强东西部产业对接;完善基础设施建设,提升西部辣椒加工能力;推进农旅融合发展,打造西部辣椒品牌。
In order to fully and accurately grasp the development trend of China’s processed pepper industry and avoid the risks in development,the development situation and new trends of processed pepper industry were analyzed through systematic and continuous field research and data retrieval.The results showed that the westward migration of China’s processed pepper industry was a foregone conclusion and the speed was gradually accelerated,which mainly occurred in the north of the 38 north latitude line and west of the Hu Huanyong line.The westward migration of processed pepper industry is the process of improving international competitiveness and the need of industrial competitiveness development.It interacts with scientific and technological innovation and brings about industrial transformation and upgrading.In this process,there are risks such as variety selection,natural disasters,market adaptability and supply chain integration.Local governments should strengthen overall planning to avoid the risk of ups and downs;establish a regional cooperation mechanism to strengthen the industrial docking between the east and the west;improve infrastructure construction and enhance the processing capacity of pepper in the west;promote the integration and development of agriculture and tourism,and build the western pepper brand.
