摘要
某扇面旋转机构在振动试验时匀速旋转90°,旋转过程中需要通过静力随动加载装置对扇面施加静力载荷,载荷方向与扇面垂直,向扇面提供阻力或助力。分析了静力随动加载的原理,由此设计出静力随动加载装置,具体包括阻力加载装置和助力加载装置。
A sector rotating mechanism rotates 90°at a constant speed during vibration testing.During the rotation process,it is needed to apply the static load to the sector through the static follow-up loading device,and the load direction is perpendicular to the sector to provide resistance or assistance to the sector.The principle of static fllow-up loading was analyzed,and the static follow-up loading devices were designed,including the resistance loading device and assistance loading device.
