摘要
目的 阐释“和法”在中医治疗体系中的重要地位,介绍“和法”在临床诊断、治疗方面的应用。方法 通过研究古今各家经典书籍,以中国传统文化中“和”的思想为基础,结合近现代医家临床经验、研究成果,总结阐述“和法”理论依据,结合临床实践探讨“和法”的应用。结果 “和法”具有悠久的传承历史,在中医诊疗系统中占有重要地位,基于中医经典理论,运用“和”的理念诊断疾病事半功倍,应用“和法”治疗临床疾病疗效确切。结论 在诊断疾病过程中应用“和”的理念能更准确地判断病情,“和法”诊治咳嗽病、脾胃病、失眠等临床常见疾病理论基础坚实,疗效满意,“和法”的运用有待于进一步探索研究。
Objective To explain the significance of harmonizing method in the treatment system of traditional Chinese medicine and to introduce its application in clinical diagnosis and treatment of diseases.Methods Through the investigation of ancient and modern classic books,based on the idea of"harmony"in Chinese traditional culture,combined with the clinical experience and research results of modern medical practitioners,the theoretical basis of harmonizing method is summarized and elaborated,and its application in clinical practice is explored.Results The method of harmonizing has a long history of inheritance,and occupies an important position in the diagnosis and treatment system of Chinese medicine.Based on the classical theory of Chinese medicine,it is more effective to apply the concept of"harmony"in the diagnosis of diseases,and the application of harmonizing method can achieve a more definite therapeutic effect.Conclusion The application of the concept of"harmony"in the process of disease diagnosis can often determine the conditions more accurately,and the method of harmonizing has a solid theoretical basis in the diagnosis and treatment of cough,spleen and stomach diseases,insomnia and other common clinical diseases,achieving remarkable and satisfactory eficacy,yet its application needs to be further explored in the future.
