摘要
慢性病患者在疾病过程中需要长期进行自我管理,COM-B模型在指导及解释行为方面取得良好的应用效果。本文阐述COM-B模型的概念、框架,归纳COM-B模型在不同慢性病护理领域的应用进展,并提出未来研究展望,旨在为其在慢性病领域中的应用提供新的视角,以期提高慢性病患者对于疾病的长期管理能力。
Chronic disease patients need long-term self-management in the course of disease,and the COM-B model has achieved good application effects in guiding and explaining behaviors.Therefore,this article elaborates the concept and framework of the COM-B model,summarizes the application progress of the COM-B model in different chronic disease nursing fields,and puts forward future research prospects.The aim is to provide a new perspective for its application in the field of chronic diseases,in order to improve the long-term management ability of patients with chronic diseases.
