摘要
生态河流治理是补齐幸福河防洪短板,改善水环境,保护生物多样性和助力乡村振兴的技术关键。为契合人与自然和谐共生的治河理念,结合治理河段防洪现状及防洪标准,探索融合生态功能集堤坝加固和生态修复功能相结合的河道治理方案。设计优选的PET生态连锁筐防洪堤,能充分利用河道内现有土石渣料,兼具生态性和亲水性,抗冲刷能力强、生态景观效果好。希望研究成果可为幸福河流域生态文明建设提供技术支撑,也可为类似山区小流域河道生态治理提供参考。
Ecological river management is the key technology to fill the gaps in flood control,improve water environment,protect biodiversity,and promote rural revitalization in the Xingfu River.In order to align with the concept of harmonious coexistence between humans and nature in river management,this article explores a river management plan that combines ecological functions with dam reinforcement and ecological restoration,based on the current flood control situation and flood control standards of the river section.PET ecological chain basket flood control embankment can fully utilize the existing soil and rock debris in the river,with both ecological and hydrophilic properties,strong anti erosion ability,and good ecological landscape effect.It hopes that the research results can provide technical support for the construction of ecological civilization in the Xingfu River Basin,and also provide reference for the ecological governance of small river basins in mountainous areas.
