摘要
介绍了某公司加工俄罗斯原油(俄油)期间柴油加氢装置和喷气燃料加氢装置存在的问题及解决措施。在加工俄油期间,当掺炼俄油比例超过16.7%且直馏柴油原料氮质量分数超过100μg/g时,柴油产品硫质量分数超过16μg/g;喷气燃料加氢装置生产的精制喷气燃料水分离指数由98降至54,喷气燃料产品出现絮状物问题。通过降低常三线油加工比例,提高柴油加氢装置反应压力(从6.2 MPa提高至6.5 MPa),在相同俄油比例和相同反应温度下,柴油产品硫质量分数从19.4μg/g降至12.0~15.5μg/g。控制加工俄油比例小于16.7%,可实现精制柴油产品十六烷指数达标;通过增设低空速白土罐,并将罐区精制过滤器过滤精度由5μm改为1μm,解决了加工俄油期间喷气燃料质量波动的问题。
This paper discusses the issues and solutions of hydrotreating unit and jet fuel hydrotreating unit during the processing of Russian crude oil at a company.The results show that during the processing of Russian oil,when the proportion of blended Russian crude oil exceeds 16.7%and the nitrogen content of straight-run diesel feed exceeds 100μg/g,the sulfur content of diesel products exceeds 16μg/g;simultaneously,the water separation index of the refined jet fuel produced by the jet fuel hydrotreating unit decreases from 98 to 54,and flocculent issues appear in the jet fuel products.By reducing the processing ratio of the atmospheric third cut and increasing reaction pressure of diesel hydrotreating unit from 6.2 MPa to 6.5 MPa,the sulfur content of diesel products decreases from 19.4μg/g to 12.0-15.5μg/g under the same Russian crude oil ratio and reaction temperature.Additionally,controlling the Russian crude oil the processing ratio to be less then 16.7%can ensure that the cetane index of the refined diesel products meets the standards.By adding a low-space-velocity clay tank and replacing the 5μm filter elements with 1μm filter elements in the fine filter of the tank area,the quality fluctuations of jet fuel during the processing of Russian crude oil are resolved.
