摘要
针对柴油中硫元素质量分数检测效率低的不足,提出了一种基于近红外光谱仪的硫质量分数快速检测技术,对该测试原理、试验方案准备、光谱测定方法、光谱数据处理方法等进行了分析。根据实际验证表明,采用去中心化预处理的方案对构建柴油硫质量分数的偏最小二乘回归模型的效果最好,其测试的相对误差在1%以内,测试周期比传统测试方案降低了76.4%,实现了柴油中硫质量分数的快速确定。
In response to the low efficiency of sulfur element mass fraction detection in diesel,a rapid detection technology for sulfur mass fraction based on near-infrared spectrometer is proposed.The testing principle,experimental plan preparation,spectral measurement method,spectral data processing method,etc.are analyzed.According to actual verification,the decentralized preprocessing scheme has the best effect on constructing a partial least squares regression model for diesel sulfur mass fraction,with a relative error of less than 1%in testing and a 76.4%reduction in testing cycle compared to traditional testing schemes,achieving rapid determination of sulfur mass fraction in diesel.
