纳米CaCO_(3)/SiO_(2)/PE复合膜的制备及其对鲜海带保鲜的研究

摘要 为开发一种能应用于鲜海带保鲜的新型活性包装膜,将纳米CaCO_(3)和纳米SiO_(2)复合,制成复合纳米CaCO_(3)/SiO_(2)材料,以PE为基材,采用熔融共混和造粒吹膜工艺制备CaCO_(3)/SiO_(2)/PE复合膜,测定了复合膜的力学性能、阻隔性能、透光性能和疏水性能,并研究其在4℃贮藏条件下对鲜海带的保鲜效果.结果表明:添加纳米CaCO_(3)/SiO_(2)提高了PE复合膜的力学性能、阻氧性能、透水性能和疏水性能,降低了薄膜的透光性能,改善了复合膜对鲜海带的保鲜效果.当纳米CaCO_(3)/SiO_(2)添加量为质量分数1%时,复合膜对鲜海带的保鲜效果更优.复合膜能够防止氧气和水分的渗透,减缓鲜海带叶绿素的氧化,保持其色泽和质感,延长保鲜期至7 d. In order to develop a new active packaging film which can be used for fresh kelp preservation,nano-CaCO_(3)and nano-SiO_(2)were compounded to prepare a composite nano-CaCO_(3)/SiO_(2)material.Using PE as the substrate,the CaCO_(3)/SiO_(2)/PE composite film was prepared by melt blending,granulation and film blowing.The mechanical properties,barrier properties,light transmittance and hydrophobicity of the composite film were measured,and its preservation effect on fresh kelp under the storage condition of 4℃was studied.The results showed that the addition of nano-CaCO_(3)/SiO_(2)enhanced the mechanical properties,oxygen barrier,water permeability and hydrophobicity of PE composite film,decreased the light transmittance of the film,and improved the preservation effect of the composite film on fresh kelp.When the content of nano-CaCO_(3)/SiO_(2)was 1%,the fresh-keeping effect of the composite film was better.The composite film could prevent the penetration of oxygen and moisture,slow down the oxidation of chlorophyll in fresh kelp,maintain its color and texture,and extend the preservation period to 7 days.
