摘要
近年来,沈阳市文旅产业总体发展呈积极态势,具有广阔发展前景。通过文献梳理和定性分析探究沈阳市文旅产业的发展现状,并结合PEST-SWOT分析法对文旅产业外部环境与内部条件进行综合分析。沈阳市文旅产业在政策支持、经济基础、社会认可度及技术应用等方面具有显著优势,但也面临政策落实还需优化、经济回报周期长、城市品牌影响力不足等问题。针对当下沈阳市文旅产业发展面临的问题,提出了促进产业发展的有效路径,以合理利用现有文化资源,充分发挥地域优势。
In recent years,the cultural tourism industry in Shenyang has shown a positive development trend,with broad prospects for future growth.Through literature review and qualitative analysis,this study explores the current development status of Shenyang′s cultural tourism industry and conducts a comprehensive analysis of the external environment and internal conditions of the industry using the PEST-SWOT analysis method.Shenyang′s cultural tourism industry demonstrates significant advantages in terms of policy support,economic foundation,social recognition,and technological application.However,it also faces challenges such as inadequate policy implementation,prolonged economic return cycles,and insufficient influence of the city′s brand.In response to the current issues hindering the development of Shenyang′s cultural tourism industry,this study proposes effective pathways to promote industrial growth,aiming to rationally utilize existing cultural resources and fully leverage regional advantages.
