摘要
为了适应运营方对地铁日趋复杂的运营组织需要,提高运营效率,增强乘客体验,减少风险事件的发生,考虑运营方、乘客和工作三者之间的交互作用,对地铁运营组织风险因素进行分析。首先,运用工作分解结构(WBS)将地铁运营组织工作分成7部分,并用组织分解结构(OBS)将各项工作与运营方和乘客进行一一对应,通过工作、运营方、乘客三者的相互作用,得到由15项风险因素构成的评价指标体系。其次,用云模型来刻画专家评分,并提出基于云模型-DEMATEL的地铁运营组织风险评估模型,计算各风险因素的中心度、原因度和权重,分别对3种结果进行分析找出关键风险因素。最后,根据识别出的关键风险因素分别对运营方和乘客提出建议。
In order to meet the increasingly complex operation organization needs of subway operators,improve operation efficiency,enhance passenger experience,and reduce the occurrence of risk events,this paper analyzed the risk factors of subway operation organization considering the interaction among operators,passengers and work.Firstly,the Work Breakdown Structure(WBS)was used to divide the subway operation organization into seven parts.The Organization Breakdown Structure(OBS)was used to correspond each work to the operator and passengers one by one,and 15 risk factors were obtained through the interaction of work,operator and passengers to form an evaluation index system.Secondly,the cloud model was used to depict the expert rating,and the metro operation organization risk assessment model based on the cloud model-DEMATEL was proposed.The centrality,cause and weight of each risk factor were calculated,and the key risk factors were identified by analyzing the three results respectively.Finally,recommendations were made to operators and passengers based on the key risk factors identified.
