摘要
本文以广东省清远清新到广州花都高速公路通信工程建设项目为例,采用层次分析法构建了高速公路通信工程建设项目风险识别指标体系。提出了环境风险、组织风险、技术风险、安全风险和管理风险的具体管理措施,并强调了互联网技术在风险管理中的应用。通过系统化的风险识别与管理策略的实施,以及信息共享平台的应用,在安全、质量和经济效率方面取得了优异的成绩,为高速公路通信工程建设提供了有益参考,具有实际的工程应用价值和理论意义。
This paper evaluates the communication engineering project of the expressway from Qingxin,Qingyuan to Huadu,Guangzhou.Using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),it develops a risk identification index system tailored for highway communication projects.The study outlines management strategies for environmental,organizational,technical,safety,and managerial risks,emphasizing the role of Internet technology in risk management.The systematic risk identification and management,along with information sharing platforms,have ensured the project's safety,quality,and economic efficiency.This research provides valuable insights and serves as a practical reference for similar projects,holding significance in both practical engineering applications and theoretical research.
