走向人机和合共生的智能教育新范式 被引量:10

Toward a New Paradigm of Intelligent Education for Harmonious Human-Machine Symbiosis

摘要 新一代信息技术推动人类社会进入以数据、算力和算法为基础设施的智能时代:机器的“类人化”和人类的“机器化”以及二者互构孪生的特征日益凸显。以人机协同为核心特征的数智时代,将促发和合共生的智能教育新范式。和合共生旨在构建人类智慧和机器智能相融合的人机共生体,是人机协同智能教育新范式构建的哲学基础。它是指不同事物之间相互依存,相互促进,强调合乎势、和于众、合乎道,以实现“人机主体和合,教育价值共生”的教育新样态。面对人类主体地位彰显受阻、人类高阶能力发展弱化、教育价值理性回归缺席三重困境,研究基于和合共生视角的人机协同智能教育内涵,以及教育主体生成性、情境智能演进性及人机多维共生性的特征,认为教育场景、教育主体、智能服务、教育过程是和合共生的人机协同智能教育四大核心要素,并从人机同感、人机互释、人机促能、人机共鉴四个层面探讨和合共生的人机协同智能教育运作机制;从人本价值、核心目标、教育空间、增效模式以及伦理规范五个维度建构人机和合共生的智能教育的实践逻辑。 The new generation of information technology has pushed human society into the age of intelligence,with data,computing power and algorithms serving as its infrastructure.This implies that the"humanization"of machines and the"mechanization"of humans,along with the twinning of the two,are becoming increasingly prominent.The era of digital intelligence,with human-machine collaboration being its core feature,will trigger a new paradigm of harmonious and symbiotic intelligent education.Aiming at building a human-machine symbiont that integrates human wisdom and machine intelligence,harmonious symbiosis is the philosophical foundation for the construction of a new paradigm of human-machine intelligent education.It refers to the interdependence and mutual promotion among different things,and it emphasizes adapting to the objective environment of education,heeding educational stakeholders,and respecting the laws of human development so as to achieve a new form of education"with human-machine harmony and symbiotic educational value."In view of such predicaments as the hindered position of humans,the weakened development of humans'higher-order skills,and the absent rationality of educational value,and on the basis of the connotations of human-machine intelligent education from the perspective of harmonious symbiosis,and its features such as the generation of educational participants,the evolution of situational intelligence,and the multi-dimensional human-machine symbiosis,this study deems that educational scenarios,educational participants,intelligent service,and the educational process are the core elements of the harmonious and symbiotic human-machine intelligent education.In addition,based on human-machine empathy,human-machine mutual interpretation,human-machine collaborative decision-making,and human-machine mutual learning(collaborative assessment and reflections),this study probes into the operational mechanism for harmonious and symbiotic human-machine intelligent education,and constructs the practice-based logic for harmonious and symbiotic human-machine intelligent education in such dimensions as humanistic value,core goals,educational space,efficiency-raising modes,and ethical norms.
