摘要
文章的研究利用景观特征评估方法,探索了从“景观特征评估”的资源本底研究到“三区三线”目标实现的切实路径,以指导实用性村庄规划。文章以台州市天台县为例,适应性调整了县域景观特征评估的两步程序:对区域资源本底客观研究与描述的景观特征识别与描述;结合识别成果、“三区三线”的划定,已有规划成果,进行村庄划片与规划指引。通过天台县自然及文化特征识别,将县域空间划分为18个综合景观特征区。将“三区三线”管控要求作为评估手段,根据区域特征进行管控边界确定,选取代表性村庄规划范围做出发展定位引导。景观特征评估有助于探索和利用空间的优势,提供了新的空间研究方法,为国土空间保护和规划引导提供基础。
This study utilizes the landscape feature assessment method to explore a practical path from the research on the resource background of"landscape feature assessment"to the realization of planning objectives in the context of the"three districts and three lines."Taking Tiantai County,Taizhou City as an example,the county's landscape feature assessment process was adaptively adjusted in two steps:ldentifying and describing landscape features based on an objective study of regional resource background,and Conducting regional assessment and decision-making by combining the identification results with the control outcomes of the"three districts and three lines,"along with reference to existing plans in townships.Through the recognition of Tiantai County's natural and cultural features,the county's space was divided into 18 comprehensive landscape feature zones.By using the"three districts and three lines"control requirements as an assessment tool,control boundaries were determined based on regional characteristics,guiding thedevelopment positioning with representative townships and villages.Landscapefeature assessment contributes to exploring and utilizing spatial advantages,providing a novel spatial research approach,and laying the foundation for the protection and planning guidance of territorial space.
