摘要
目的①研发安评报告审核微信小程序.②方便药房质管人员对消毒剂索证的质控,提高监督员对药房经营消毒剂监督的工作效率.方法①微信小程序设计与应用.②课题组选择了两个药房共73家门店的73位质控人员作为试点人员.首先对他们进行消毒产品卫生知识认知度以及人工核对方式下质控一份消毒剂安评报告的错误上报问卷调查;然后分别对其进行消毒产品卫生知识培训;最后试点人员使用微信小程序后,再次填写相同的问卷.通过对两轮问卷数据进行分析,发现小程序的使用对质控人员在工作质量和工作成本-效益两方面的影响.运用统计软件[Pearson卡方检验(α=0.05)的水准]对研究结果进行评估.结果①完成消毒剂经营单位安评报告小程序的研发与应用.②消毒产品知识培训和使用微信小程序来判定安评报告后,对药房质控人员认知消毒产品的基本概念和安评报告的判定知识是有帮助的,但是对消毒卫生进一步知识的掌握还需更多理论知识培训和实际工作经验的积累.使用微信小程序判定安评报告后提交的安评报告中发现的问题种类和上报错误的人员数均较人工核对模式下有所提高.③质控人员使用微信小程序来判定检验项目比之前人工的工作方式时间成本下降得较多,这主要归功于程序中"智能筛选"功能的设置.对部分业务培训的需求也有所减少,客观上他们的工作质量也有了明显提高,发现的问题隐患数更多,反映的问题线索更丰富.④目前该安评报告审核小程序仅对徐汇区药房工作人员使用.计划通过程序的不断应用和完善,2023年底前能推广到徐汇区所有消毒产品经营单位.
Objective①To develop the WeChat applet to review the security evaluation report.②Facilitate the quality control of disinfectant certification by pharmacy quality control personnel,and improve the work efficiency of supervisors in supervising disinfectants in pharmacies.Method①WeChat applet design and application.②The research group selected 73 quality control personnel from a total of 73 stores in two pharmacies as pilot personnel.First of all,they were reported to the questionnaire on the hygiene knowledge of disinfection products and the error of quality control of a disinfectant safety evaluation report under the manual verification method;then they were trained in the hygiene knowledge of disinfection products separately;finally,the pilot personnel filled in the same questionnaire again after using the WeChat applet.Through the analysis of two rounds of questionnaire data,it is found that the use of applet has an impact on quality control personnel in terms of work quality and work cost-effectiveness.The results of the study were evaluated using statistical software(Pearson card square test(α=0.05)level).Results①Complete the research and development and application of the safety evaluation report applet of disinfectant business units.②After training the knowledge of disinfection products and the use of WeChat applet to determine the safety evaluation report,it is helpful to recognise the basic concepts of disinfection products and the judgement knowledge of disinfection products for pharmacy quality control personnel,but more theoretical knowledge training and practical work experience are needed to master further knowledge of disinfection hygiene.The types of problems found in the security assessment report submitted after using the WeChat applet to determine the security assessment report and the number of people who reported errors have increased compared with the manual verification mode.③Quality controllers use the WeChat applet to determine that the time cost of the inspection project is much lower than that of the previous manual working mode,which is mainly due to the setting of the"intelligent filtering"function in the program.The demand for some business training has also decreased.Objectively,the quality of their work has also been significantly improved,and more hidden dangers have been found,and more problem clues have been reflected.④At present,the security assessment report review applet is only used for pharmacy staffin Xuhui District.Through the continuous application and improvement of the program,it is planned to be extended to all disinfection product business units in Xuhui District by the end of 2023.
