摘要
研究分析国内国外消毒产品以及其他行业的监管方式,探讨消毒产品生产企业告知承诺审批改革后事中事后监管方式。研究结果表明,消毒产品生产企业可从信用监管、风险监管、分类监管、动态监管和社会监督5个方面开展许可告知承诺审批改革后的事中事后监管。
This paper analysed the supervision method of disinfection products and other industries in domestic and foreign markets,and explored the consequent supervision methods of disinfection products manufacturers after the reform of informing and commitment system.The results showed that disinfection product manufacturers could be supervised after the reform in five aspects:credit supervision,risk supervision,classification supervision,dynamic supervision and social supervision.
