黔南典型喀斯特地质高背景区某村农作物镉污染特征与人体健康风险评估

Cadmium Pollution of Crops and Human Health Risk Assessment in a Typical Karst High Background Area of South Guizhou Province

摘要 为了解典型喀斯特镉(Cd)地质高背景区主要农作物Cd人体生物可给性及健康风险,本文选取黔南罗甸县某村为研究区域,分析了该区域6种农作物(大米、玉米、辣椒、茄子、南瓜叶、豆类)样品中Cd含量和污染特征,利用生理原理提取法(PBET)研究了农作物中Cd在胃阶段和小肠阶段的生物可给性,进而评价其对人体的健康风险。结果表明:6种农作物中Cd的含量大小依次为:茄子>辣椒>大米>豆类>玉米>南瓜叶,其中,辣椒和茄子具有相对较高的Cd富集能力;基于该区域6种农作物中Cd总量健康风险结果表明当地居民大米的摄入存在非致癌健康风险,所有农作物均存在一定致癌风险,当用生物可给性修正健康风险评估结果后,基于肠阶段Cd生物可给性(PBETI)的人体非致癌风险(HQ)和致癌风险(CR)均显著降低,6种农作物中大米非致癌风险降低程度最大,降低至安全范围以下(HQ<1)。因此,评估黔南喀斯特作物中Cd暴露人体健康风险不能仅基于总镉含量,还需要考虑作物Cd的生物可给性,否则可能高估其健康风险。 To investigate the bioaccessibility and health risks of cadmium(Cd)from major crops in a typical karst geological highbackground area,this study selected a village in Luodian County,southern Guizhou,as the research area.We analyzed the Cd content and pollution characteristics in samples of six crops(rice,corn,chili pepper,eggplant,pumpkin leaves,and beans)from this region.The physiological-based extraction test(PBET)was employed to study the bioaccessibility of Cd in crops during the gastric and intestinal phases,thereby evaluating its health risks to humans.The results indicated that the order of Cd content in the six crops was eggplant>chili pepper>rice>beans>corn>pumpkin leaves,with chili peppers and eggplants exhibiting relatively high Cd accumulation capacities.Based on the total Cd content in these six crops,the health risk assessment revealed a non-carcinogenic health risk associated with rice consumption among local residents,and all crops posed some carcinogenic risks.When the health risk assessment results were adjusted using bioaccessibility,both the non-carcinogenic risk(HQ)and carcinogenic risk(CR)based on intestinal-phase Cd bioaccessibility(PBETI)significantly decreased.Among the six crops,rice showed the greatest reduction in non-carcinogenic risk,dropping below the safe threshold(HQ<1).Therefore,when assessing the human health risks of Cd exposure from crops in the karst regions of southern Guizhou,it is essential to consider not only the total Cd content but also the bioaccessibility of Cd in crops;otherwise,the health risks may be overestimated.
