摘要
研究菊苣(Cichorium intybus)与杂交象草[(Pennisetum americanum×P.purpureum)×P.purpureum]混合比例和添加剂对混合青贮品质的影响,可为调制优质青贮饲料提供依据。杂交象草和菊苣按质量比0:10、2:8、4:6、6:4、8:2和10:0进行混合青贮,每个混合比例设零添加、5 mg·kg^(-1)纤维素酶和5 mL·kg^(-1)甲酸3个处理组,40 d后取样分析营养成分和发酵品质。结果表明,杂交象草和菊苣混合青贮形成养分互补,添加甲酸或纤维素酶均有助于提高青贮料发酵品质和营养价值。综合分析来看,添加甲酸青贮效果优于纤维素酶,杂交象草与菊苣混贮比例大于2:8并添加甲酸时均可以获得优等青贮料,且混贮比例为4:6并添加甲酸时青贮效果最好。
To provide a theoretical basis for the production of high-quality silage,we investigated the effects of mixing ratios and additives on the mixed silage quality of chicory(Cichorium intybus)and hybrid elephant grass[(Pennisetum americanum×P.purpureum)×P.purpureum].The ratios of hybrid elephant grass and chicory by weight were 0꞉10,2꞉8,4꞉6,6꞉4,8꞉2 and 10꞉0.There were three additive treatments for each mixed ratio:no-added,5 mg·kg^(-1) cellulase,and 5 mL·kg^(-1) formic acid.The nutrient composition and fermentation quality of mixed silage were analyzed after 40 days.The mixed silage of hybrid elephant grass and chicory exhibited improved nutritional quality,and additives also benefited the fermentation traits and nutrient value.In summary,adding formic acid silage had a better effect than cellulase,and the silage effect of the 4꞉6 mixed ratio with formic acid was the best.To obtain excellent silage,the mixed storage ratio of hybrid elephant grass and chicory should be greater than 2꞉8 with formic acid.
