添加不同青贮剂对水稻秸秆青贮品质的影响

摘要 为探究不同青贮剂对水稻秸秆青贮效果的影响,将不同的青贮剂(甲酸、复合有机酸、复合酶制剂、乳酸菌制剂)分别设置3个梯度,添加至脱粒水稻秸秆中,每个处理5个重复,随机选择3个重复作为最终结果,青贮40d后,通过对青贮料的感官评定和ADF、NDF、pH值、乳酸、乙酸、铵态氮等指标的测定,筛选出青贮品质较好的青贮剂。研究表明,甲酸和乳酸菌制剂对青贮秸秆品质无显著影响;复合有机酸可以通过提高青贮秸秆中乳酸的含量来改善青贮料品质;复合酶制剂可以通过降低青贮秸秆中酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)的含量来提升青贮料品质。本试验以添加3L/t复合有机酸和1600g/t复合酶制剂的青贮效果较好。
