摘要
目的:汉化伦理决策信心量表(Ethical Decision-Making Confidence scale,EDMC)并检验其信度、效度,为我国护理管理者伦理决策信心相关研究提供有效测评工具。方法:遵循Brislin回译模型对源量表进行翻译、回译、文化调适及预调查,形成中文版EDMC;采用便利抽样法,于2023年9月至2024年1月对山东大学8家综合医院的433名护士长进行调查,检验量表的信度、效度。结果:中文版EDMC包括2个维度,共16个条目,累计方差贡献率为66.310%;验证性因子分析结果显示模型拟合度良好,χ^(2)/df=1.319、RMSEA=0.038、GFI=0.931、AGFI=0.909、NFI=0.943。量表条目水平的内容效度指数(I-CVI)为0.975,量表水平的内容效度指数(S-CVI/Ave)为0.969;量表与心理授权量表得分的相关系数为0.752;量表总的Cronbach’sα系数为0.933,技能信心、行为信心维度的Cronbach’sα系数分别为0.937、0.902,Spearman-Brown折半信度系数为0.906,量表总的重测信度为0.881,技能信心、行为信心维度的重测信度分别为0.836、0.885。结论:中文版EDMC具有良好的信度和效度,可作为护理管理者伦理决策信心的评估工具。
Objective:To translate the Ethical Decision-Making Confidence scale(EDMC)into Chinese and examine its reliability and validity,so as to provide an effective assessment tool for research on the ethical decision-making confidence of nurse managers in China.Methods:Following Brislin's model,the original scale was translated,back-translated,culturally adapted and pre-investigated to form the Chinese version of the EDMC scale.Using the convenience sampling method,a total of 433 head nurses from 8 general hospitals in Jinan were surveyed from September 2023 to January 2024 to evaluate the reliability and validity of the scale.Results:The Chinese version of the EDMC scale consisted of 2 dimensions and encompassed a total of 16 items,with a cumulative variance contribution rate of 66.310%.The results of confirmatory factor analysis showed thatχ^(2)/df=1.319,RMSEA=0.038,GFI=0.931,AGFI=0.909,NFI=0.943,indicating a good model fit.The item-level CVI of the EDMC was 0.975,and the scale-level CVI was 0.969.The correlation coefficient between the EDMC scale and the psychological empowerment scale was 0.752.The overall Cronbach'sαcoefficient of the scale was 0.933,while the Cronbach'sαcoefficients of the confidence in skill and behavior dimensions were 0.937 and 0.902 respectively.The Spearman-Brown broken half reliability coefficient was 0.906.The retest reliability of the scale was 0.881,and the retest reliabilities of the confidence in skill and behavior dimensions were 0.836 and 0.885,respectively.Conclusion:The Chinese version of EDMC has good reliability and validity and can be used as an assessment tool for the ethical decision-making confidence of nurse managers.
