公卫医师规范化培训中医院感染培训模式的探索

摘要 目的探索公卫医师规范化培训课程中医院感染学培训模式,构建公卫医师规范化培训的医院感染学知识体系。方法选择2023年1—9月重庆市首批公卫医师规范化培训学员32名,制定符合公卫医师专业的标准化医院感染学培训模式,含大纲、内容、细则及培训计划等,共计12个板块内容。采用问卷考核、操作考核及调查方法,比较入科前后医院感染知识掌握情况,并进行课程满意度调查。结果公卫医师规范化培训学员培训前后对比考核得分及知识知晓度,培训前平均分24.00(20.25,43.75)分,培训后平均分98.00(92.25,100)分,知识知晓率培训前为22.80%,培训后为96.88%,比较培训前后,除多重耐药菌防控措施板块分数,其他板块分数及知晓度差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。公卫医师规范化培训学员对医院感染标准化培训模式满意度达90.63%。结论在公卫医师规范化培训中,本研究将医院感染管理知识及理论融入实践中,构建科学、实用且可持续的医院感染教学模式,效果显著。 Objective To explore the standardized training mode of hospital infection for public health physicians,and to construct a hospital infection knowledge system for public health residency training.Methods A total of 32 public health physicians from the first batch in Chongqing were selected for standardized training in hospitals from January to September 2023.A standardized hospital infection training mode of the professional requirements for public health physicians was developed,including outline,content,rules,and training plan,totaling 12 sections.Questionnaire,operation and investigation methods were used to compare the knowledge of nosocomial infection before and after admission,and the course satisfaction was investigated.Results The comparison assessment scores and knowledge awareness of public health physicians before and after training showed an average score of 24.00(20.25,43.75)points before training and an average score of 98.00(92.25,100)points after training.The knowledge awareness rate was 22.80%before training and 96.88%after training.Before and after training,except for the score of the multi drug resistant bacteria prevention and control measures section,while the scores and awareness differences in other sections were statistically significant(P<0.001).The satisfaction rate of public health physicians in hospital infection standardized training model reached 90.63%.Conclusion In the standardized training of public health physicians,this study integrates theories of healthcare-associated infection management knowledge into the practice of standardized training for public health physicians,and constructs a scientific,practical,and sustainable hospital infection teaching model with significant results.
