摘要
随着体育事业的快速发展,构建产教融合模式成为体育院校培养契合行业需求人才的关键。产教融合具有经济、教育及其结合三重属性,是教育驱动经济的重要路径。体育院校产教融合的核心模式是行业产教融合共同体,其源于体育产业人才短缺及院校教育与市场需求脱节,旨在培养行业人才,化解产业与教育现存问题。为构建该模式,体育院校需运用系统思维,把握主体需求、强化关联、拓宽融合领域并构建共同体,通过加强“5个共同”建设推进实践,即共研教学资源、协同育人、共建师资、共创品牌活动、共拓国际合作。体育院校在其中发挥牵头引领与支撑作用。当前,体育院校形成产教融合模式的影响因素主要源于主体内部和外部。为此,体育院校应发挥优势,推动产教融合向纵深发展,实现多链深度融合。
With the rapid development of the sports cause,constructing an integration model of industry and education has become the key for sports universities to cultivate talents that meet the needs of the industry.The integration of industry and education has three attributes:economic,educational,and the combination of the two,and it is an important path for education to drive the economy.The core model of the integration of industry and education in sports universities is the industry-education integration community.It stems from the shortage of talents in the sports industry and the disconnection between college education and market demand.Its purpose is to cultivate industry talents and solve the existing problems between the industry and education.In order to construct this model,sports universities need to apply systematic thinking,grasp the needs of the main bodies,strengthen the connections,broaden the integration fields,and build a community.They should promote the practice by strengthening the“five collaboration”,that is,jointly researching teaching resources,collaborating in talent cultivation,jointly building teaching staff,jointly creating brand activities,and jointly expanding international cooperation.Sports universities play a leading and supporting role in this process.At present,the influencing factors for sports universities to form the integration model of industry and education mainly come from both the internal and external aspects.Therefore,sports universities should give full play to their advantages,promote the in-depth development of the integration of industry and education,and achieve the deep integration of multiple chains.
