岩屑堆积会导致钻具卡死、井眼塌陷等问题,影响钻井效率和成本,保持井眼清洁可确保钻井作业顺利进行,提高产能。国外研究者关注技术创新和优化,如循环管道牵引模型、钻孔周围环向应力研究等。国内研究涵盖井眼清洁程度计算方法、岩屑运移特性等,为水平井安全高效开采提供理论支持。钻井液处理剂发展从天然材料改性到合成材料,再到智能钻井液流型调节剂。钻井液体系研究依赖于多领域发展,已开发出适应不同地质条件的钻井液体系。井眼清洁钻井液技术是油气田开采的关键,国内外在该领域取得了显著进展,为油气田的高效开采提供了有力支持。
Rock debris accumulation can cause problems such as drilling tool jamming and wellbore collapse,affecting drilling efficiency and cost.Keeping the wellbore clean can ensure smooth drilling operations and increase productivity.Foreign researchers focus on technological innovation and optimization,such as the traction model of circulating pipelines and the study of circumferential stress around boreholes.Domestic research covers methods for calculating wellbore cleanliness and rock debris transport characteristics,providing theoretical support for safe and efficient mining of horizontal wells.The development of drilling fluid treatment agents has shifted from natural material modification to synthetic materials,and then to intelligent drilling fluid flow additives.The research on drilling fluid systems relies on the development of multiple fields,and drilling fluid systems that are suitable for different geological conditions have been developed.Wellbore cleaning drilling fluid technology is crucial in the development of oil and gas fields,and significant progress has been made in this field both domestically and internationally,providing strong support for the efficient exploitation of oil and gas field.
