摘要
目的:构建本土化、科学的“互联网+护理服务”质量评价指标体系,为护理质量评价提供标准化工具。方法:2023年6月—12月以绩效感知服务(service performance,SERVPERF)模型为理论框架,基于文献回顾和半结构式访谈初步拟订指标框架,再通过德尔菲专家函询法确立指标体系,并采用层次分析法确定指标权重。结果:2轮函询问卷的有效回收率为100.00%,专家权威系数为0.933。肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.149和0.270,最终形成含5个一级指标、14个二级指标和43个三级指标的“互联网+护理服务”质量评价指标体系。结论:该指标体系具有较强的科学性和可靠性,符合“互联网+护理服务”实践现状与工作特色,可为“互联网+护理服务”质量持续改进提供评价方法。
Objective:To construct a localized and scientific quality evaluation index system for"Internet+nursing services",so as to provide a standardized tool for nursing quality assessment.Methods:From June to December 2023,based on the SERVPERF model as the theoretical framework,the index framework was initially drafted based on literature review and semi-structured interviews.Then,the index system was established through the Delphi expert inquiry method,and the index weights were determined by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process.Results:The effective recovery rate of the two-round letter inquiry questionnaire was 100.00%,and the expert authority coefficient was 0.933.The Kendall's harmony coefficients were 0.149 and 0.270 respectively,eventually forming a quality evaluation index system of"Internet+nursing service"including 5 first-level indicators,14 second-level indicators and 43 third-level indicators.Conclusions:This index system has strong scientificity and reliability,which conforms to the current practice and working characteristics of"Internet+nursing services",and can provide an evaluation method for the continuous improvement of the quality of"Internet+nursing services".
