摘要
通过生化水平、细胞水平的实验检测龙血竭在护肤领域中美白、抗氧化、抗衰老的功效。研究结果显示:在B16细胞中,0.006mg/mL的龙血竭对酪氨酸酶活性具有显著的抑制效果(p<0.05),0.03mg/mL的龙血竭对黑色素生成也显示了显著的抑制效果(p<0.05);龙血竭在清除DPPH自由基清方面的IC50为65.43±14.76µg/mL;在清除羟自由基方面的IC50为578.42±33.65µg/mL;ABTS自由基清除率IC50值为77.80±5.96µg/mL;在604.80±8.29µg/mL浓度下对铁离子的还原能力与2 mg/mL的维生素C的铁离子还原能力的50%相当;龙血竭对UVA诱导后的Hacat细胞中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(Glutathione peroxidase,GSH-Px)、过氧化氢酶活性、总抗氧化能力、丙二醛(Malondialdehyde,MDA)的含量均积极的影响,龙血竭浓度为0.03 mg/mL及0.06mg/mL时也能显著提升UVA诱导后的成纤维细胞中I型胶原蛋白(Collagen I,Col-I)的含量。以上结果表明龙血竭有较好的美白、抗氧化、抗衰老功效,有成为功效型化妆品原料的潜力。
Through biochemical and cellular level experiments,the whitening,antioxidant,and anti-aging effects of Resina Draconis.in the field of skin care were tested.The research results showed that in B16 cells,Resina Draconis.at 0.006 mg/mL had a significant inhibitory effect on tyrosinase activity(p<0.05),and at 0.03 mg/mL,it also showed a significant inhibitory effect on melanin production(p<0.05).The IC50 for DPPH radical scavenging by Resina Draconis.was 65.43±14.76µg/mL;for hydroxyl radical scavenging,the IC50 was 578.42±33.65µg/mL;and for ABTS radical scavenging,the IC50 was 77.80±5.96µg/mL.At a concentration of 604.80±8.29µg/mL its iron ion reduction ability was equivalent to 50%of that of 2 mg/mL vitamin C.Resina Draconis.positively influenced the activity of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),catalase activity,total antioxidant capacity,and the content of MDA in UVA-induced Hacat cells.At concentrations of 0.03 mg/mL and 0.06 mg/mL,it also significantly increased the content of Col-I in UVA-induced fibroblasts.The above results indicated that Resina Draconis.had good whitening,antioxidant,and anti-aging effects,showing potential as a functional cosmetic ingredient.
