摘要
为判断雌性大熊猫(Ailuropoda melanoleuca)真/假妊娠及探索大熊猫胚胎滞育各环节(胚囊发育的停滞、维持、再激活)孕酮的变化规律,对秦岭大熊猫研究中心2019—2023年参与繁殖的11只大熊猫累计30次的妊娠期孕酮变化规律进行研究。结果表明:真/假孕大熊猫配种后,早期阶段(0~8 d)孕酮水平差异显著(P<0.05),第0天(首次配种当天)、第2天孕酮水平差异极显著(P<0.01)。滞育期(93.1±5.9)d,滞育期的长短可能与光周期有关。孕酮于峰值[(17.8±0.9)d(真孕)(/16.7±1.4)d(假孕)]前快速上升,峰值后[(22.0±0.7)d]产仔。研究结果表明,真/假孕大熊猫妊娠期孕酮变化规律极其类似,很难判断真/假妊娠,但有助于管理人员了解大熊猫所处的妊娠阶段,可预测大熊猫预产期,提高大熊猫妊娠率,防止胎儿早期流产,可为研究大熊猫胚胎滞育分子进化机制,揭示物种进化的环境适应机制和分子调控机制提供参考。
In order to determine pregnancy and pseudopregnancy of female giant panda(Ailuropoda melanoleuca)and explore the changes of progesterone in each stage of embryo diapause(stagnation,maintenance and reactivation of embryo sac)of giant panda,the data of 30 pregnancies of 11 giant pandas from 2019 to 2023 in Qinling Giant Panda Research Center were collated and analyzed.It was found that there were significant differences in progesterone levels in the early stage(0-8 days)after breeding(P<0.05),and there were highly significant differences in progesterone on day 0(the day of the first breeding)and day 2(P<0.01)of pregnancies and pseudopregnancies.Diapause period were(93.1±5.9)days.The duration may be related to photoperiod.Progesterone increased rapidly before(17.8±0.9)(pregnant)(/16.7±1.4)(pseudopregnant)days of the pea,and litter was produced[(22.0±0.7)d]after the peak.The results show that the changes of progesterone in pregnancy and pseudopregnancy of giant pandas are very similar,and it is difficult to judge pregnancy of giant pandas,but it can help managers understand the pregnancy stage of giant pandas,predict the expected date of delivery,improve the pregnancy rate,and prevent early fetal abortion.The research could provide reference of the molecular evolution mechanism of diapause of giant pandas,reveal the environmental adaptation mechanism and molecular regulation mechanism of species evolution.
