摘要
随着公安事业的不断发展和改革的深入推进,对公安人才的综合素质要求也日益提高。为适应新形势下公安工作的需要,全国公安院校于2016年开始实行“公安联考”制度,将申论考试作为考核学生综合能力的重要科目之一。申论考试不仅考查考生对社会热点问题的分析和思辨能力,更重视考生将理论知识运用于实际工作情景的能力。在此背景下,公安院校纷纷进行申论课程乃至写作课程的探索和优化。目前的申论教学模式存在课程定位不够明确、教学内容趋于应试化、教学方法缺乏互动性和实践性、写作类课程体系不够完善、开课时间不合理等问题。因此,应针对公安联考的特点,优化申论课程的教学模式,提高学生的综合素质,帮助学生更好地适应公安工作。
With the continuous development of police affairs and the deepening of reform,the comprehensive quality requirements for police talents are also increasing.In order to meet the needs of police work under the new situation,police colleges and universities across the country began to implement the“Police Recruitment Examination”system in 2016,with the essay test as one of the important subjects to assess students’comprehensive abilities.The essay test not only tests examinees’analytical and critical thinking abilities on social hot issues,but also emphasizes their ability to apply theoretical knowledge to actual work scenarios.Against this background,police colleges and universities have been exploring and optimizing courses such as essay writing and other writing related courses.The current essay writing teaching mode has problems such as unclear course positioning,exam-oriented teaching content,lack of interactivity and practicality in teaching methods,lack of systematic writing course system,and unreasonable course opening time.Therefore,based on the characteristics of the police recruitment examination,the teaching mode of the essay writing course should be optimized to improve students’comprehensive quality and help students better adapt to police work.
