摘要
在“大众创业、万众创新”的时代背景下,医学院校在大学生创新创业教育方面尚没有成熟、有效的经验和模式可以借鉴。该文通过分析目前医学院校创新创业教育发展中存在的问题,认为医学院校应不断更新创新创业教育理念,加强师资人才队伍建设,优化教学内容和课程体系,营造创新创业校园文化氛围,搭建“双创”支撑平台,健全教育评价机制;将“双创”教育有机融入医学人才培养体系,探索医学专业教育与“双创”教育融合的改革方案,以培养具有创新创业思维与能力的高素质医学人才。
Under the background of“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”,there is no mature and effective experience and model for innovation and entrepreneurship education for medical students.By analyzing the problems highlighted in the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in medical schools,this paper argues that medical schools should constantly update the concept of innovation and entrepreneurship education,vigorously strengthen the construction of teachers and talents,optimize the teaching content and curriculum system,create a cultural atmosphere of innovation and entrepreneurship on campus,set up a platform for dual-creation support,and improve the education evaluation mechanism;organic integration of dual-creation education into the medical talent training system,exploring the reform program for the integration of medical professional education and dual-creation education,in order to cultivate high-quality medical talents with innovation and entrepreneurship thinking and ability.
