摘要
针对玉米酒精发酵温度系统实际运行过程中存在大滞后、动态响应速度慢、抗干扰能力差等问题,在原有单回路控制的基础上,提出了一种粒子群算法优化模糊串级PID控制系统的控制策略,在单回路PID基础上初步设计串级PID控制方案,然后设计模糊串级PID控制器并编写粒子群算法,对原有传统单回路PID控制及粒子群优化模糊串级PID控制分别进行仿真分析。结果表明,粒子群优化模糊串级PID控制策略在酒精发酵温度系统中超调小、调节时间短,能更有效克服干扰。
In response to the issues of significant time lag,slow dynamic response speed,and poor anti-interference capability in the actual operation of the corn alcohol fermentation temperature system,an optimized control strategy for a fuzzy cascaded PID control system based on the particle swarm optimization algorithm has been proposed,building upon the existing single-loop control.A preliminary cascaded PIDcontrol scheme was designed based on the single-loop PID,followed by the development of a fuzzy cascaded PID controller and the implementation of the particle swarm algorithm.Simulation analyses were conducted separately on the original traditional single-loop PID control and the particle swarm optimized fuzzy cascaded PID control.The results indicate that the particle swarm optimized fuzzy cascaded PID control strategy exhibits less overshoot,shorter adjustment time,and is more effective in overcoming disturbances within the alcohol fermentation temperature system.
