摘要 随着我国医疗体系改革的不断深化,医院对于绩效管理的质量要求日益提高,其中绩效考核是不可或缺的一环。采用资源基础相对价值尺度(resource-based relative value scale,RBRVS)模式作为绩效考核的工具,在医院绩效管理中应用,对于建立和完善绩效评价体系至关重要,能够显著提升管理水平。本文深入探讨了在医院绩效管理中,基于RBRVS模式的绩效考核应用,分析了医院绩效管理RBRVS考核方式的工作原理,指出了当前医院绩效管理绩效考核中存在的问题,并结合实际情况,基于RBRVS的绩效考核在医院绩效管理中的运用提出策略建议,旨在为相关工作人员提供参考与借鉴。 With the continuous deepening of China's healthcare system reform,hospitals have increasingly high quality requirements for performance management,among which performance appraisal is an indispensable part.The application of resource-based relative value scale(RBRVS)model as a performance evaluation tool in hospital performance management is crucial for establishing and improving the performance evaluation system,which can significantly enhance management level.This article explores in depth the application of RBRVS based performance evaluation in hospital performance management,analyzes the working principle of RBRVS evaluation method in hospital performance management,points out the problems existing in current hospital performance evaluation,and proposes strategic suggestions for the application of RBRVS based performance evaluation in hospital performance management based on actual situations,aiming to provide reference and inspiration for relevant staff.
