膳食炎症状态与全面发育迟缓患儿智能发展特征的关系

Relationship Between Dietary Inflammatory Status and Intelligence Development Characteristics in Children with Global Developmental Delay

摘要 目的:探讨膳食炎症状态(DII)与全面发育迟缓(GDD)患儿智能发展特征的关系。方法:选取2023年10月—2024年12月于本院就诊的80例GDD患儿为观察组,另选择同期于本院体检的健康儿童62例为对照组。采用一般资料问卷、食物频率调查量表调查其基本信息和DII分类,依据Gesell发育诊断量表将观察组分为异常组(n=31)和正常组(n=49)。采用多因素Logistics回归分析DII与GDD患儿智能发育的关系。结果:与对照组相比较,观察组合并孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)、早产、GDD家族史例数明显更多(P<0.05)。与正常组相比较,异常组合并ASD、早产、GDD家族史、户外活动时间<2h、促炎例数明显更多(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示:合并ASD(OR=2.115)、GDD家族史(OR=2.236)、户外活动时间<2h(OR=2.423)、促炎饮食(OR=2.881)是GDD患儿智能发育异常的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:合并ASD、GDD家族史、户外活动时间<2h、DII促炎饮食是GDD患儿智能发育异常的危险因素,应合理调整营养素摄入,增加户外活动时间,对于改善GDD患儿的智能发育具有潜在益处。 【Objective】To explore the relationship between dietary inflammatory state(DII)and the characteristics of intelligence development in children with global developmental delay(GDD).【Method】Totally 80 children with GDD who were treated in our hospital from October 2023 to December 2024 were selected as the observation group,and 62 healthy children who were examined in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.The basic information and DII classification were investigated by general information questionnaire and food frequency questionnaire.According to Gesell developmental diagnosis scale,the observation group was divided into abnormal group(n=31)and normal group(n=49).Multivariate logistic regression was used to analyze the relationship between DII and intelligence development in children with GDD.【Result】Compared with the control group,the number of cases with autism spectrum disorder(ASD),premature delivery and family history of GDD in the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05).Compared with the normal group,the abnormal group had more cases of ASD,premature delivery,family history of GDD,outdoor activity time<2h,and pro-inflammatory(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that ASD(OR=2.115),family history of GDD(OR=2.236),outdoor activity time<2h(OR=2.423),and pro-inflammatory diet(OR=2.881)were risk factors for intellectual development abnormalities in children with GDD(P<0.05).【Conclusion】ASD,family history of GDD,outdoor activity time<2h,and DII pro-inflammatory diet are risk factors for abnormal intelligence development in children with GDD.It is necessary to reasonably adjust nutrient intake and increase outdoor activity time,which has potential benefits for improving the intelligence development of children with GDD.
