摘要
目的探讨生物反馈联合手功能训练治疗发育指标延迟患儿的效果。方法选取2018年2月至2022年9月的新余市妇幼保健院儿童神经康复科的60例发育指标延迟患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照A组、对照B组和观察组(各组均为20例)。对照A组采用手功能训练及运动疗法。对照B组采用生物反馈治疗及运动疗法。观察组采用生物反馈联合手功能训练及运动疗法。比较三组患儿的Peabody运动发育量表(PDMS)评分、脑瘫粗大运动功能测试量表(GMFM)-88评分、语言理解评分、语言表达评分、操作能力评分、智能发育指数。结果三组干预后PDMS评分、GMFM-88评分均高于同组干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后PDMS评分、GMFM-88评分均高于对照A组和对照B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照A组和对照B组干预后PDMS评分、GMFM-88评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);三组干预后语言理解评分、语言表达评分、操作能力评分均高于同组干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后语言理解评分、语言表达评分、操作能力评分均高于对照A组和对照B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照A组和对照B组干预后语言理解评分、语言表达评分、操作能力评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);三组干预后智能发育指数均高于同组干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后智能发育指数均高于对照A组和对照B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照A组和对照B组干预后智能发育指数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论生物反馈联合手功能训练治疗发育指标延迟患儿的疗效比较明显,能够改善患儿的运动能力、语言能力、智力能力。
Objective To explore the efficacy of biofeedback combined with hand function training in the treatment of children with delayed development indicators.Methods A total of 60 children with delayed development indicators in the Department of Children's Neurorehabilitation,Jiangxi Xinyu Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February 2018 to September 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group A,control group B and observation group by random number table method,with 20 cases in each group.Control group A received hand function training and exercise therapy.Control group B was treated with biofeedback therapy and exercise therapy.The observation group was treated with biofeedback combined with hand function training and exercise therapy.The Peabody developmental motor scale(PDMS)score,gross motor function measure(GMFM)-88 score,language understanding score,language expression score,operation ability score and intelligence development index of the three groups were compared.Results The scores of PDMS and GMFM-88 in the three groups after intervention were higher than those before intervention in the same group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the PDMS score and GMFM-88 score of the observation group were higher than those of control group A and control group B,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in PDMS score and GMFM-88 score between control group A and control group B after intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of language understanding,language expression and operation ability in the three groups were higher than those in the same group before intervention,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of language understanding,language expression and operation ability in the observation group were higher than those in control group A and control group B,with significant differences(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the scores of language understanding,language expression and operation ability between control group A and control group B after intervention (P>0.05). The intelligence development index of the three groups after intervention was higher than that of the same group before intervention, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After intervention, the intelligence development index of the observation group was higher than that of control group A and control group B, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the intelligence development index between control group A and control group B after intervention (P>0.05). Conclusion The effect of biofeedback combined with hand function training on the treatment of children with delayed development index is obvious, and it can improve the children's motor ability, language ability and intelligence ability.
