一种基于PLC的制动缸清洗机控制系统设计

摘要 针对目前制动缸清洗主要靠人工擦拭,存在清洗效率低、人工劳动强度大、自动化程度低等问题,研制一套制动缸清洗机控制系统,该系统以PLC为控制单元,采用触摸屏作为上位机,系统安全可靠,能够高效去除制动缸表面油污杂质,具有较高的应用价值。 Aiming at the problems such as low cleaning efficiency,high labor intensity and low automation due to the current cleaning of the brake cylinder mainly relies on manual wiping,a control system for brake cylinder cleaning machine is developed,which takes the PLC as the control unit and uses a touch screen as the upper computer.The system is safe and reliable,and can efficiently remove the oil and impurities from the surface of the brake cylinder,and it has high application value.
