钢纤维与短切玻璃纤维混凝土受压试验研究

摘要 为提高建筑工程中混凝土的安全性及使用寿命,通过单掺/混掺钢纤维与短切玻璃纤维的方式对混凝土进行增韧改性,并对受压条件下的抗压强度、峰值应变、弹性模量以及泊松比进行试验研究,探究单掺/混掺钢纤维与短切玻璃纤维对混凝土性能的影响。结果表明,钢纤维对混凝土的抗压强度增益效果优于玻璃纤维,1.5%钢纤维掺量组28 d抗压强度为54.33 MPa,与对照组相比提高了25.62%;钢纤维与玻璃纤维的掺入均会提高混凝土的峰值应变,两种纤维的掺入对混凝土弹性模量影响较小,玻璃纤维掺入可以有效降低混凝土的泊松比,提高其柔性变形能力。 To improve the safety and service life of concrete in building engineering,this paper toughens concrete by adding/mixing steel fiber and short-cut glass fiber.Through the experimental analysis of compressive strength,peak strain,elastic modulus and Poisson’s ratio,the influence of modification mode and different fiber content on concrete is explored.The results show that the gain effect of steel fiber on the compressive strength of concrete is better than that of glass fiber,and the 28-day compressive strength of 1.5%steel fiber group is 54.33MPa,which is 25.62%higher than that of the control group.The addition of steel fiber and glass fiber can increase the peak strain.The effect of two kinds of fiber on the elastic modulus of concrete is negligible.The addition of glass fiber can effectively reduce the Poisson’s ratio of concrete and improve its flexible deformation ability.
