危废回转窑焚烧助燃系统改造实践

摘要 近年来,随着国家对环保板块重视和市场处置缺口爆发,在危险废物焚烧处置领域诞生了大批低水平重复性建设投资项目,危废焚烧同质化竞争持续恶化,为有效改善危废焚烧处置的白热化竞争局面,精准地解决当前运营成本的主要矛盾,不断提升运营专业化水平,对现有回转窑危废焚烧高能耗问题进行探究分析,围绕优化焚烧系统助燃燃料、降低天然气补入、提高废液产能等制定并实施了对应技术改造措施。实施后,回转窑危废焚烧系统的天然气补燃单耗下降1000%以上,危废处置成本显著降低。为危废焚烧提高运营效率和质量,降本增效,实现健康发展提供了新思路。 In recent years,with the country's emphasis on the environmental protection sector and the outbreak of market disposal gaps,a large number of low-level repetitive construction investment projects have emerged in the field of hazardous waste incineration disposal.The homogenization competition of hazardous waste incineration continues to deteriorate.In order to effectively improve the white hot competition situation of hazardous waste incineration disposal,accurately solve the main contradiction of current operating costs,continuously improve the level of operation specialization,the high energy consumption problem of rotary kiln hazardous waste incineration was explored and analyzed,and corresponding technical transformation measures were formulated and implemented around optimizing combustion fuel for incineration systems,reducing natural gas replenishment,and increasing waste liquid production capacity.After implementation,the natural gas supplementary combustion unit consumption of the rotary kiln hazardous waste incineration system was decreased by more than 1000%,and the cost of hazardous waste disposal was significantly decreased.This provided new ideas for improving operational efficiency and quality,reducing costs and increasing efficiency,and achieving healthy development in hazardous waste incineration.
