摘要
为了明确天然气脱碳单元净化气管道三通发生腐蚀泄漏的原因,采用多种检测方法对失效三通进行了分析。根据服役环境信息、裂纹形貌分析、材质硬度分析、材质化学组成分析、金相组织分析和裂纹填充物能谱分析等结果可以得出,三通腐蚀开裂的原因是选材不当导致其在焊接过程中发生了材质敏化,在腐蚀性介质和应力的共同作用下发生了晶间应力腐蚀开裂,三通材质Cr含量偏低、焊缝热影响区硬度不达标等原因对失效的发生起到了促进作用。基于腐蚀开裂失效原因分析,提出了针对性的预防措施。
In order to define the reasons for corrosion and leakage of the tee in purified gas pipeline of a natural gas decarbonization unit,multiple detection methods were applied to analyze the failed tee.Based on the service environment information,crack morphology analysis,material hardness analysis,material chemical composition analysis,metallographic structure analysis and energy spectrum analysis of the crack filler,it was concluded that improper material selection of the tee caused material sensitization during welding process.Then intergranular stress corrosion cracking occurred under the combined action of corrosive medium and stress.Factors such as low Cr content of the tee material and substandard hardness of the weld heat affected zone also promoted the occurrence of failure.Targeted preventive measures were put forward according to the cause analysis of tee corrosion cracking failure.
