摘要
乡村振兴战略是新发展阶段实现我国农业农村现代化的重大决策部署。“农文体旅”综合体作为一种以农业、文化、体育和旅游为核心要素的多产业融合发展模式,通过资源协同开发与产业协同创新,成为全面推进乡村振兴的重要抓手。本文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,探讨“农文体旅”综合体赋能乡村振兴的价值意蕴与内在机理,并提出相应的实践进路。研究认为:“农文体旅”综合体赋能乡村振兴的价值意蕴体现在:助力乡村产业融合发展,促进经济增长;激发乡村文化内涵活力,提升社会凝聚力;丰富乡村振兴内涵,拓展发展维度。其内在机理包括促进产业融合发展、推动人才振兴、优化生态环境、引领文化振兴以及增强乡村治理能力。据此,提出完善政策支持体系、加快产业融合进程、推动文化创意产业发展、应用信息数字技术以及构建绿色生态产业链等实践进路。
The Rural Revitalization Strategy is a major policy decision to achieve agricultural and rural modernization of China in the new development stage.The agricultural-cultural-sports-tourism(ACST)complex,as a multi-industry integrated development model centered on agriculture,culture,sports,and tourism,has become a crucial driver for comprehensive rural revitalization through collaborative resource development and industrial innovation.Utilizing literature research method and logical analysis,this study explores the value implications and internal mechanisms of ACST complexes in empowering rural revitalization,proposing corresponding practical pathways.The study concludes that the value of ACST complexes lies in:facilitating rural industrial integration and economic growth,stimulating the vitality of rural cultural heritage to enhance social cohesion,and enriching the connotation of rural revitalization through multidimensional development.Its internal mechanisms include promoting industrial integration,advancing talent revitalization,optimizing ecological environments,leading cultural revitalization,and strengthening rural governance capabilities.Practical pathways proposed include improving policy support systems,accelerating industrial integration,promoting cultural and creative industries,applying information and digital technologies,and establishing green ecological industrial chains.
