摘要
糖尿病是一种常见的内分泌疾病,但野生动物的发病症状不易被察觉,兽医缺乏足够的应对经验。论文报道了1例患病山魈,通过临床症状和实验室检测指标被确诊为糖尿病,口服药物治疗效果不佳后,调整为注射胰岛素治疗并取得了良好的疗效。该病例报告可为灵长类动物糖尿病的诊治和护理提供参考。
Diabetes is a common endocrine disease,but its symptoms in wild animals are not easy to be detected,and the owners and veterinarians lack sufficient coping experience.This paper reports a case of sick mandrill,which was diagnosed as diabetes through clinical symptoms and laboratory tests.After the treatment,the effect of oral drugs was not good,it was adjusted to insulin injection and achieved good results.This case report can provide reference for the diagnosis,treatment and nursing of primate diabetes.
