摘要
[目的]探究重金属对番茄种子发芽和根伸长的影响。[方法]通过测定水溶液和土壤中铜、锌、铅、镉等重金属单一污染,以及不同类型土壤复合污染对番茄种子发芽与根伸长的抑制率,分析其影响机制及差异。[结果]重金属对番茄根伸长的抑制率显著高于对种子发芽的抑制率,且土壤中的重金属对根伸长的抑制作用低于水体。[结论]该研究为农业生产中土壤重金属污染治理提供了理论依据。
[Objective]The aim was to explore the effects of heavy metals on seed germination and root elongation of tomato.[Method]By measuring the inhibition rate of single pollution of heavy metals such as copper,zinc,lead and cadmium in aqueous solution and soil,as well as the inhibition rate of different types of soil combined pollution on tomato seed germination and root elongation,the influence mechanism and difference were analyzed.[Result]The inhibition rate of heavy metals on tomato root elongation was significantly higher than that on seed germination,and the inhibition effect of heavy metals in soil on root elongation was lower than that in water.[Conclusion]This study provided a theoretical basis for the treatment of soil heavy metal pollution in agricultural production.
