摘要
莞佛太平大桥主桥为四跨预应力混凝土连续刚构桥,已经过多年的运营。针对承载力下降、继续对梁体加固难以满足超重车辆不断增多的现实需求,决定拆除重建;综合多方面比较,采用“上部结构更换,下部结构加固利用”的方案。两幅连续刚构桥箱梁的拆除施工快速、经济、环保,施工过程结构应力和应变与理论计算比较均在合理的误差范围,可为今后同类桥型的箱梁拆除提供经验参考与技术依据。
The major bridge of Guangong-Foshan Taiping Bridge is a four-span prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge.After years of operation,the carrying capacity has decreased,and it is difficult to strengthen the beam body to meet the increasing number of overweight vehicles,so it is decided to demolish and rebuild it.By comparing various aspects,the method of“replacing the superstructure and strengthening the substructure”is adopted.The demolition of two continuous rigid frame bridge box beams is not only fast,economical and environmentally friendly,but also the structural stress and strain in the demolition process are within a reasonable range compared with the theoretical calculation,which provides an empirical reference and technical basis for the demolition of box beams of similar bridge type in the future.
