摘要 在总结按分解方式分类的10种混凝土箱梁桥拆除方法的基础上,结合静力切割法和已有的吊装运输方法,提出了支架顶推平移法、液压系统平移法、千斤顶交替下放法、桥面吊架下放法、平板车托运法及吊车吊装法6种陆上混凝土箱梁桥非爆破拆除方法。以某大跨径斜腿刚构桥拆除为例,进一步阐述了6种拆除方法的设计要点。研究成果供同类工程设计及施工参考。 On the basis of the summaries of the 10 kinds of concrete box girder bridge demolition methods which are classified by decomposition, and combination of static cutting technology and methods of existing lifting and transportation, the six kinds of non-blasting demolition methods of concrete box girder bridge are put forward, including incremental launching translation method with stent, traction translation method with rail, alternate delegate method with jack, decentralization method with deck hanger and crane lifting method. Taking a demolition of long-span box slant legged rigid frame bridge as an example, the design points of the six kinds of demolition methods are further expounded. The results are valuable for similar design and construction.
