随着医疗资源供需矛盾加剧,大型医院面临住院难等问题。本文聚焦入院准备中心创新管理模式,探讨其如何通过优化流程、借助信息化手段提升医疗效率,进而改善患者就医体验、提高满意度,同时阐述了该模式的实践成效与未来发展方向。
With the intensification of the contradiction between the supply and demand of medical resources,large-scale hospitals are facing problems such as difficulties in hospitalization.This article focuses on the innovative management model of the Admission Preparation Center,explores how it improves medical efficiency by optimizing processes and leveraging information-based means,thereby enhancing patients'medical experience and satisfaction.Meanwhile,it elaborates on the practical effectiveness of this model and its future development directions.
