摘要 随着我国医疗事业的高质量发展,大型医院多位于城市中心区,老旧小区多,扩建难度大。因此,分区建院成为必然趋势。为确保多院区信息系统的可用性和一致性,各院区的网络结构设计,不仅要保障院内网连通,还需在数据层实现网络连通,以提供连续、不中断的对外服务,同时为IPv6的扩展和升级奠定基础。因此,构建医院多院区网络十分有必要。文章以浙江大学医学院附属口腔医院为例,基于软件定义网络(Software Defined Network,SDN)与虚拟可扩展局域网(Virtual Extensible Local Area Network,Vx LAN)技术,通过双层网络连接院间数据中心,将两台服务器置于一个双层网络,确保在虚拟或超级融合环境下能顺利迁移。研究支持应用层双活化和资源统一调度,构建了更高可用、更广接入和更智能的网络体系结构。 With the high-quality development of China’s medical industry,large hospitals are mostly located in urban centers,with many old residential areas and difficult expansion.Therefore,the construction of hospitals in different districts has become an inevitable trend.To ensure the availability and consistency of information systems across multiple campuses,the network architecture design of each campus should not only ensure connectivity within the campus,but also achieve network connectivity at the data layer to provide continuous and uninterrupted external services,while laying the foundation for the expansion and upgrade of IPv6.Therefore,it is necessary to build a multi hospital network.The passage takes the Affiliated Stomatological Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine as an example.Based on software defined network(SDN)and virtual extensible local area network(VxLAN)technology,the inter hospital data center is connected through a dual layer network,and two servers are placed in a dual layer network to ensure smooth migration in a virtual or hyper converged environment.The study supports dual activation at the application layer and unified resource scheduling,building a higher availability,wider access,and more intelligent network architecture.
