摘要
目的 观察对女性压力性尿失禁患者实施温针灸进行治疗的临床效果。方法 选取辽宁中医药大学附属第二医院2022年1月—2023年1月收治的女性压力性尿失禁患者80例,根据随机数字表法分为两组,每组40例。其中,对照组行常规治疗,观察组行常规配合温针灸治疗,比较两组患者临床治疗效果。结果 观察组治疗效果高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组漏尿情况低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组盆底肌功能恢复高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在针对女性压力性尿失禁患者的治疗中,温针灸疗法显示出显著的促进作用,尤其是在加速盆底肌功能恢复方面的效果尤为突出。该治疗方法不仅显著提升了患者的生活质量,同时也大幅改善了漏尿症状,其临床应用价值得到了充分的证实,值得应用与推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of warm acupuncture on the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence patients.Methods 80 patients were selected from the Second Hospital Affiliated to Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to January 2023,and were divided into two groups of 40 patients each according to the randomized numerical table method;the control group was treated routinely,and the observation group was treated routinely with warm acupuncture and moxibustion,and the clinical therapeutic effects of the patients in the two groups were compared.Results The therapeutic effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05);the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05);the leakage of urine of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05);and the recovery of pelvic floor muscle function of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of female patients with stress urinary incontinence,warm acupuncture therapy showed significant promotion,especially in accelerating the recovery of pelvic floor muscle function.This treatment not only significantly improved the quality of life of the patients,but also substantially improved the symptoms of urinary leakage,accordingly,its clinical application value has been fully confirmed,and it is worth applying and popularizing.
