摘要
目的分析在压力性尿失禁患者的康复中采取盆底肌康复治疗和护理干预措施的干预效果。方法将本院于2020年1月至2020年12月收治的480例压力性尿失禁女性患者作为本次研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,对比分析两组患者护理后的临床疗效、护理满意度以及漏尿次数、漏尿量、膀胱残余尿量。结果两组患者治疗后临床疗效对比可见观察组患者明显更高,对比统计学差异明显(P<0.05);两组患者分别护理后护理满意度对比可见,观察组患者明显更高,对比统计学差异明显(P<0.05);相较于对照组,观察组患者漏尿次数、漏尿量以及膀胱残余尿量明显更少,对比统计学差异明显(P<0.05)。结论在压力性尿失禁女性患者的康复中采用盆底肌康复治疗和临床护理干预措施可明显提高患者的术后康复效果,降低漏尿次数和漏尿量,疗效更高,而给予患者采取护理干预可明显拉进护患之间的关系,促进护患关系和谐发展。
Objective To analyze the effect of pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation and nursing intervention in the rehabilitation of patients with stress urinary incontinence.Methods Four hundred and eighty female patients with stress urinary incontinence who were treated in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The clinical efficacy,nursing satisfaction,times of leakage,leakage volume and residual bladder urine volume of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results After treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was significantly higher than that of the observation group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the two groups was significantly higher than that of the observation group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the number of urine leakage,urine leakage and bladder residual urine volume in the observation group were significantly less,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the rehabilitation of female patients with stress urinary incontinence,pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation treatment and clinical nursing intervention can significantly improve the postoperative rehabilitation effect of patients,reduce the number and volume of urine leakage,and the curative effect is higher.Nursing intervention for patients can obviously promote the relationship between nurses and patients,and promote the harmonious development of the relationship between nurses and patients.
