预制拼装护岸混凝土结构的氯离子扩散性能试验 被引量:1

Chloride Ion Diffusion Characteristics in Prefabricated Concrete Revetments: An Experimental Study

摘要 为探究预制拼装护岸混凝土结构的氯离子扩散性能,设计了不同材料成分的试件进行快速氯离子迁移(Rapid Chloride Migration,RCM)试验,分析水泥基试件中氯离子扩散规律。试验结果表明:氯离子扩散系数随水灰比增大而增大,且骨料颗粒界面过渡区会加剧此扩散效应;适量掺入粉煤灰可有效填充水泥基试件内部孔隙,改善氯离子扩散性能,阻断其扩散通道,延缓腐蚀时间;但当水灰比超过临界值时,粉煤灰的填充效果会受骨料界面过渡区孔隙分布的影响;在预制拼装护岸混凝土结构中,C-M连接区氯离子扩散系数高于C区和M区。 To investigate the chloride ion diffusion mechanisms in precast assembled concrete revetment structures,specimens with different material compositions are designed for Rapid Chloride Migration(RCM)tests to analyze the chloride ion diffusion patterns in cement-based specimens.The experimental results reveal:a positive correlation between water-cement ratio and chloride diffusion coefficient;aggregate interfacial transition zones significantly accelerate chloride penetration;optimal fly ash incorporation reduces chloride diffusion coefficient through pore-filling effects,extending time-to-corrosion initiation;when water-cement ratio exceeds the threshold,the filling effect of fly ash is influenced by the pore distribution in the interfacial transition zone of aggregates.In precast assembled concrete revetment structures,the chloride ion diffusion coefficient in the C-M interface zone is higher than that in the C zone and M zone.
