摘要
混凝土结构耐久性寿命终结的标志应视工程对象和使用要求不同而有不同 ,提出了氯离子环境下混凝土结构耐久性寿命评估的方法。将混凝土表面氯离子浓度、保护层厚度作为随机变量 ,将扩散系数作为随机过程 ,建立了混凝土保护层中氯离子浓度分布的随机模型 ,推导出了氯离子浓度的均值 ,用于计算钢筋开始锈蚀时间。本文对某海港西大堤钢筋混凝土护栏的耐久性寿命进行了评估 。
Definition of the end of the durability life of R.C. structures is dependent on the type and function of the structures. The methodology for durability assessment R.C. structures in chloride environment is presented. A stochastic model of the chloride ion concentration in the concrete cover is established by treating the chloride ion concentration at the concrete surface and the thickness of the concrete cover as random variables, and the chloride diffusion coefficient as a stochastic process. The mean value of the chloride ion concentration in the concrete cover is derived. The model can be employed to determine the time when corrosion initiates.The durdaility of the R.C. balustrades of a harbor west dam is assessed,using routine inspection data,and the results show good agreement with that of field investigation.
