摘要
为明确四川凉山会东烟区不同海拔烟叶质量风格特征及彰显程度。以烤烟品种云烟87为供试品种,在四川凉山州会东县设置T1(1800 m)、T2(2000 m)、T3(2200 m)3种海拔处理。通过分析不同海拔烟区烤后烟叶外观质量、物理特性、化学成分、感官质量差异,探究不同海拔对烟叶风格彰显的影响。结果表明:T1处理的烟叶外观质量、感官品质最好,T2处理的烟叶次之,T3处理的烟叶最差;T1、T3处理烟叶样品常规化学成分符合性基本一致,T2处理烟叶样品化学成分符合性相对较差。整体而言,海拔1800m的烟叶综合品质最好,海拔2000m的次之,海拔2200m的较差。
This study aims to clarify the quality styles of tobacco grown at different altitudes in Huidong County,Liangshan Prefecture,Sichuan Province.The flue-cured tobacco variety'Yunyan 87'was grown at three altitudes:T1(1800 m),T2(2000 m),and T3(2200 m)in Huidong County.The appearance quality,physical properties,chemical composition,and sensory quality of flue-cured tobacco samples at different altitudes were compared and analyzed to explore the influences of different altitudes on the quality style of tobacco.The results showed that the appearance quality and sensory quality of tobacco samples were the highest in T1 treatment,moderate in T2 treatment,and the lowest in T3 treatment.The chemical components of tobacco samples in T1 and T3 treatments basically met the standards,while those in T2 treatment showed poor performance in meeting the standards.Overall,the comprehensive quality of tobacco samples was good at the altitude of 1800 m,moderate at 2000 m,and poor at 2200 m.
