玉溪烟区海拔对烤烟主要化学成分的影响 被引量:12

摘要 【目的】解析玉溪烟区海拔高度与烟叶常规化学成分的相关关系。【方法】采取定点取样的方式研究海拔对烟叶内在化学成分的影响。【结果】海拔高度与上部烟叶烟碱含量呈极显著正相关关系,与中下部烟叶的烟碱含量呈负相关关系;海拔高度与上部及中部烟叶总氮含量呈正相关关系,与下部烟叶总氮含量呈负相关关系;总糖和还原糖含量均随海拔高度的增加呈现出先增后减的趋势,海拔1728 m处的还原糖含量最高;氧化钾含量并未随海拔高度的变化而产生明显的变化,3个部位的烟叶氧化钾含量均在海拔1900 m处最低;3个部位烟叶的氯离子含量最大值和最小值均分别出现在海拔1728和1900 m处,海拔1313和2200、1532和1900 m处的烟叶氯离子含量基本相当。烟叶协调性方面,3个部位烟叶的两糖差均随海拔高度增加呈现先增后减的趋势,最大值均在海拔1728 m处;中部及下部烟叶的糖碱比高于上部烟叶,上部和下部烟叶的糖碱比均随海拔高度增加呈现先增后减的趋势;上部烟叶氮碱比均小于中部及下部,中部及下部烟叶的氮碱比随海拔高度的增加而增加;海拔高度对3个部位烟叶的非烟碱氮与总氮的比值影响不大。【结论】受海拔高度影响较大的是烟碱、总氮、总糖、还原糖含量及两糖差、糖碱比和氮碱比;受海拔高度影响较小的是氧化钾、氯离子含量及非烟碱氮与总氮的比值。 【Objective】The aim of this paper was to analyze the influence of altitude on chemical components of tobacco leaves in Yuxi region.【Method】The effects of altitude on flue-cured tobacco chemical components were studied in the form of spot sampling.【Result】The results indicated that there were a significant positive correlation between the altitude and the nicotine of upper leaves and a negative correlation between the altitude and the nicotine of middle and lower leaves.There were a positive correlation between the altitude and total nitrogen content of upper and middle leaves and a negative correlation between the altitude and total nitrogen content of lower leaves.The contents of total sugar and reducing sugar increased first and then decreased with the increase of altitude,with the highest content of reducing sugar at the altitude of 1728 m.The content of potassium oxide did not change with the change of altitude.The contents of potassium oxide of three parts of tobacco leaves were the lowest at the altitude of 1900 m.The maximum and minimum values of chloridion content were at the altitude of 1728 and 1900 m respectively.The chloridion contents were equivalent at the altitude of 1313 and 2200 m,as well as 1532 and 1900 m.In the aspect of harmony,the difference between total sugar and reducing sugar in three parts of tobacco leaves increased first and then decreased with the increase of altitude,and the maximum values were all at the altitude of 1728 m.The sugar-nicotine ratios of lower and middle leaves were higher than upper leaves as a whole,and the sugar-nicotine ratios of middle and lower leaves increased first and then decreased with the increase of altitude.The nitrogen-nicotine ratio of upper leaves was lower than that of middle and lower leaves,and the nitrogen-nicotine ratios of middle and lower leaves increased with the increase of altitude.The altitude has little influence of the ratio of the non-nicotine nitrogen and total nitrogen in three parts of tobacco leaves.【Conclusion】Altitude has great influence on the contents of nicotine,total nitrogen,total sugar,reducing sugar,as well as the difference between total sugar and reducing sugar,sugar-nicotine ratio and nitrogen-nicotine ratio.Altitude has little influence on the content of potassium oxide,chloridion and the ratio of non-nicotine nitrogen and total nitrogen.
