摘要
随着教育信息化的快速发展,线上线下混合教学模式逐渐成为提升高等教育质量的重要途径。在探索刑事诉讼法课程中以成果导向教育OBE理念为基础,提出创新教学模式的实践,包括结合线上资源与线下互动,更新教学内容以适应时代需求,同时加强实践操作技能训练,以实现学生能力的全面提升。同时建议采用多元化考核方法,按照时代需求不断更新课程内容,加强学生的实践能力训练,并引入多元化的评估方式。这种改革能够有效提升刑事诉讼法课程的教学质量,促进学生主动学习与实践能力的提高。
With the rapid development of educational informatization,the blended teaching mode of online and offline has gradually become an important way to improve the quality of higher education.Based on the OBE concept in the exploration of the Criminal Procedure Law course,the practice of proposing an innovative teaching model is put forward,including combining online resources with offline interaction,updating teaching content to meet the needs of the times,and strengthening practical operation skills training to achieve the comprehensive improvement of students’abilities.At the same time,it is suggested to adopt diversified assessment methods,continuously update course content according to the needs of the times,strengthen students’practical ability training,and introduce diversified assessment methods.This reform can effectively improve the teaching quality of the Criminal Procedure Law course and promote the improvement of students’active learning and practical abilities.
