摘要
本文旨在探讨领导力在医学领域的重要作用以及比较国内外医学生领导力的培养模式。通过分析欧美发达国家、亚洲地区以及中国的医学生领导力培养模式,总结世界各地区培养特点以及领导力对医学生未来职业发展的影响。根据研究发现,领导力对医学生的临床技能、团队合作能力以及未来职业发展道路均有显著影响。最后,本文提出了我国当前医学生领导力培养方面面临的挑战和机遇,并针对未来研究方向提出了可行性的建议。
This article aims to explore the important role of leadership in the medical field and compare the training models of leadership among medical students at home and abroad.By analyzing the leadership training models of medical students in developed countries in Europe,America,Asia,and China,this study summarizes the characteristics of training in various regions of the world and the impact of leadership on the future career development of medical students.According to research findings,leadership has a significant impact on the clinical skills,teamwork ability,and future career development path of medical students.Finally,this article presents the challenges and opportunities facing leadership development for medical students in China,and provides feasible suggestions for future research directions.
